Contracts - General Fund (Non-Capital) Budgets:

• The School Board must approve contracts in the amount of $500,000.00 or greater, exclusive of sales tax and contingencies.
• The School Board must approve contract amendments in the amount of $250,000.00 or greater, exclusive of sales tax and contingencies.
• The School Board must approve all changes or amendments that result in an aggregate amount of $500,000 or greater excluding sales tax and contingencies.
